Oh boy, let me tell you a story, a story of chronic poor dental hygiene and the subsequent deep cleanings and treatments of it. ...I guess that's the whole backstory, really. I'm trash at taking care of my gums, legendarily so. Starting having chewing pain. My wife recommended this place, and my first time in, I saw Dr. Ma. She was very professional and told me I needed a deep cleaning, and everyone loves a bunch of whirring instruments and pokey crap in their lil' gumholes, right? In short, I was not looking forward to today at all, the day of my "root scaling/root planing", which I have done in the past with another dentist (spoilers: I hated it). But then I met Austin today, and this dude is the real deal. He's pretty much me but like, a healthy weight version of me. Knows that this stuff isn't pleasant and works his ass off to make sure it's as painless as possible while allaying every fear I had. I've had this procedure done in the past as I've said, and the pain level was pretty bad. This time? Barely anything. On top of it, Austin's bedside manner and personality are excellent. Turns out we are pretty much the same dude. He even let me use the dental laser and etch stuff into the exam room walls (okay that didn't happen, but it would have been super cool). 10/10, folks. I only take the time to review stuff I genuinely think people will enjoy compared to other places, and I recommend this place SO highly it's unreal. You are not going to be in ANY extra pain and they are not going to BS you about what you need done to sell you extra crap (You know who you are, large corporate dental office). My only one suggestion: C'mon, people. This name was clearly made to mess with the Google algorithm when you search for a dentist office in Milford. I think you need to spice it up to match the high energy and fun levels of the dentists, hygienists and others working here who are all extremely fun and pleasant. I recommend "Super Fun Milford Happy Teeth Kingdom".
